Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of RenoCalcai's AI-powered renovation cost estimation and room visualization services. By using RenoCalcai, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use RenoCalcai to generate, upload, share, or request:

• NSFW or Adult Content: Sexually explicit, pornographic, or suggestive imagery of any kind. This includes nudity, sexual acts, and any content intended for sexual gratification.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that attacks, threatens, or demeans individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Violence & Harm: Content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities.
• Illegal Activities: Content promoting or facilitating illegal acts, including fraud, theft, or violation of any applicable law.
• Child Exploitation: Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts — zero tolerance, immediate permanent ban and report to authorities.
• Impersonation & Deception: Creating content that impersonates real individuals or spreads disinformation.
• Malware & Abuse: Attempts to disrupt, overload, or compromise our services.

3. AI Image Generation Rules

When using RenoCalcai's AI visualization features:

• All prompts are screened by content moderation before generation
• Prompts must relate to legitimate renovation and interior design purposes
• Photo uploads must show actual rooms or renovation-related spaces
• We reserve the right to reject any prompt that violates this AUP

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP will result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of access
• Forfeiture of any payments without refund
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law
